Now this mere mortal can’t afford a Wazer (a water jet cutter). I suppose I could cut each colored piece out with a ring saw but the whole sawing\/grinding\/assembly process would take forever and I’d have to charge a 100 bucks for a couple of teeny votives. So I came up with a couple of patterns and 3D printed forms to hold the different colored Frits. Once all the pockets are filled in, I remove the forms, the frit stays in place, and I fuse the blanks for the votives. Once those are fused I grind the edges, fire polish the blanks, and drape the blanks using votive molds. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese votives can handle candles\/tea lights up to 1.5 inches in diameter.
