Line and Chalk Drawing of the Atlantic Ocean Horizon

#inktober is a yearly event where artists of all sorts draw a daily prompt in ink for the month of October. The challenge is to draw every day and practice using a medium that is permanent. You can sketch your drawing in pencil first, but once you touch the ink to the paper, it's there.

Day 13's prompt is Horizon. I drew a pine tree from northern climates and a psalm tree from the desert climates looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at an ominous impending smoke cloud. We all live on this earth together and the systems we've had in place may be failing but we still have each other no matter our skin color or beliefs.
