(6.1cm tall) Here is a moon mountain nature spirit kodama forest kami from a sacred, wild, wintry place. This one feels quite and calm, like the stillness we all need in life but rarely find (or seek) these days.
It has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
