I bought a group of small rectangular raw blue kyanite stones and decided to set them in a sterling silver channel with only two prongs to hold them in. The resulting earrings are a nice contrast between the irregular rough stones and the polished silver. Please note, each stone is slightly different in size and shape, so there will be natural variation in the earrings you receive. The stones in each pair are not exaclty alike, but I have paired them so they visually "match" when worn. The average size stone is about 3/8 inch on the longest side, but sizes vary slightly.
Stud posts and backs are also sterling silver.
