Spirit hare kami nature guardian raku sculpture

Here is another hare (or rabbit) spirit kami statue, full of peace and gentleness. She feels like a reminder to stop, slow down, step outside of the craziness we create around ourselves. There is another world full of warmth and light, love and kindness. We can choose that world, if we want. This gentle spirit is 5.1cm tall.

She's made from stoneware clay, fired once, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the gifts of fire and smoke.

Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only non-toxic material.
