Tarot Hermit Dog Resin Pendant
When Pixie wrote her novella, Three of Swords, she spent a lot of time looking at tarot cards.
She and her husband daydreamed about what a canine tarot deck would look like and came up with some images to add to the commercially available cat ones they found online.
This pendant features a blind person with their service dog as our version of the Hermit tarot card with a lantern in the darkness.
We print the image on high quality photo paper. The image is sandwiched between two layers of resin: a background of smokey black and grey with a top layer of clear. We then add a jump ring and necklace cord.
The resin pendant weighs approximately a half ounce, not including any packaging. The pendant measures approximately 6cm (2.3 inches) long x 3.5cm (1.37 inches) wide and is about 0.5 cm (0.2 inches) thick.

- notes
- As our products are handmade, there can be slight imperfections, especially since our medium is resin. Tiny bubbles are possible. While all resin does yellow with age, we use a two part epoxy that has a higher UV resistance. We do recommend not leaving your pendant in direct sunlight in order to maintain longevity of color in any alcohol inks used and to reduce the chances of premature yellowing.
