Disclaimer
All items are made to order, many using stones with unique internal and external characteristics. Every effort will be made to match as closely as possible the colour, shape, and design; but received items will inevitably vary slightly in appearance from product photos.

Ethics
We source the materials used in our production with a keen interest in minimising the environmental and human impact of mining and mineral extraction. The majority of our inventory of unprocessed materials are recycled or vintage.

Adjustments
We will undertake one reasonable adjustment to any purchased item free of charge. The most common necessary adjustment is changing the size of a ring, as properly measuring ring sizes can be difficult and both fingers and rings change size in different weather conditions. Adjustments involving significant labour cost or a change to more expensive materials may incur surcharge. Requests for adjustment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Lost and Stolen Items
If a purchased item is lost or stolen, we can provide a courtesy 20% discount to repurchase the item in most cases.

Exchange
You may request at any time beyond the return period to exchange any piece purchased from our shop for up to 25% of its price in store credit.

Barter
We can accept your old or unwanted jewellery in exchange for store credit, discounts, or cash; and provide better rates than most pawn shops. No offers are final until we have physically inspected any piece an offer. Bartering for other goods and services will also be considered.
