Returns and Refunds will be accepted at the discretion of the vendor. Please contact the vendor for your product if you have any questions.

Artisans Cooperative is the facilitator of sales between customers and artisans. Orders are negotiated directly between the artisan and the customer. However, if there is a disagreement and the parties cannot come to a resolution, then please escalate this matter to Artisans Cooperative, who will step in a mediation role.
