Shipping policy

Artisan-made items may not be available to ship right away, and some may take days or weeks to produce. This is a normal part of the bespoke, micro-business production process.

Review the artisan’s product descriptions (see: Turnaround Time under the product description) or contact the artisan for availability and turnaround time. 

We recommend artisans use trackable shipping methods, but some artisans may ship some items, such as stickers, using non-trackable methods such as a first class stamp to save the customer on shipping costs.
