Our custom blend teas are handmade and while we do our best to ensure freshness upon delivery, we cannot guarantee it. There are a number of things that can go wrong between our location and yours, especially when it comes to something as delicate as dried herbs. We hope that you will approach us with understanding and communication should something occur to your order. Should your order arrive moldy or stale, please send us a photo within 2 to 5 days of receiving your package. We will assess and then ship you a new canister. Should your order arrive open, the contents of your tea all over the shipping container, please send us a photo within 1 to 2 days. We will assess and then ship you a new canister. If you would like a refund instead, we are open to discussing this but would prefer you give us a second chance, first. Blessed be.

High quality teas, cute tiny bags

I like the blends and the tea quality, sizes were a bit smaller than I expected.

Yay for sampler packs!

I *love* the fact that they have a sampler pack! It's allowed me to try all their teas, not just rely on the ingredients lists, and I think it's well worth the cost. Ingredients are on the packet backs.

My impressions of the teas, from most to least favorite:

The Hanged Man: Non-caff - This tea is simply wonderful; gentle & a little sweet. It's completely herbal, made of cranberries, apples, cloves, orange & lemon peel, rosehips, & calendula/marigold petals. Drinking it now, and planning to buy a container. (Note: pieces are quite large, might be better in a pot than a cup.)

The Fool: Non-caff - I assumed this was a bedtime tea because of the chamomile, but the peppermint is very intense and the hibiscus is quite notable as well. It does smell really good though, and I expect we'll be buying more, next time we need a mint-based tea.

The Lovers: Caff - Made of lavender, tulsi/basil, and white silver needle tea. It smells very nice, and we might buy more after tasting it. Will drink on a relaxing weekend morning.

The Chariot: Caff - Earl Grey with extra brightness from lemon balm. Will drink on a work morning.

Note on last 2: I really do not like licorice, so I can't judge these. But here's the ingredients for people who do like black licorice!

The Devil: ~1/2 caff - a mix of classic & licorice chai, plus tumeric & ginger. Probably a good sick tea.

The Tower: Non-caff - Tumeric, ginger, intense licorice chai, & hibiscus petals. Probably great for a sore throat.
