The detailed oval carving, often complemented by resin inlays for water elements, can be made removable, allowing for card and peg storage inside the board. The size is approximately 10"x6"x2". Several finishes are available including oil and lacquer. Turnaround time is as low as one week. The pictured boards were made from eastern red cedar, maple, and poplar. Several other choices are available including oak and walnut. The starting price of $175 gets you a one-piece board with the custom terrain of your choice. Adding resin, storage compartments, inscriptions, or magnets raise that price.
