Deep Lip Solid Wood Plates

Hollowed and smoothed wooden plates - simple, elegant, and useful. These plates can take a fall on concrete/tile without shattering, are lightweight, and easy to cart around.

Solid wood, treated with high friction polish (shellac and linseed oil). Other finishes available upon request. A great addition to an eco-friendly plastic-free kitchen, a classy touch to a BBQ, or a great style choice for outdoor or woodsy settings. Larger sizes work wonderfully as charger plates, and can be treated with a tougher or thicker finish for different applications.

Important note, as this has come up a few times. The diameter is the *internal* usable diameter, meaning that a 10" plate will be around 11". We can make plates larger than the sizes listed - 12" was a very common item and we can now make up to 23" - but there's enough lead time required that we ask you reach out and we'll give you a time estimate first.
