Our liners commonly come in 3 lengths. Any of these can be used as a pantyliner for light days, spotting, discharge and menstrual cup/tampon backup. This thickness is also a favorite for sneeze incontinence and other types of daily wear!

The 8" length is our most popular size for daily wear of all sorts. 6" is quite petite, but is beloved by folks who want unobtrusive liners for daily discharge or as backup, or who absolutely live in tight-fitting undies. A 10" size is a good day pad for light days, or for those wanting more extensive coverage in a liner.
