I have a special place in my heart for ginkgo trees, their geologic history and their unusual leaves. Every autumn, I admire their bright yellow foliage and gather them to print on clay at the ephemeral moment when the fallen leaves are neither too waxy nor too brittle.
Please note that this pasta bowl is more like a plate with high, curved walls--or a bowl with a plate-like bottom.
