Grey Fern Mug - stoneware ceramic coffee mug

I threw this stoneware fern mug on the wheel out of stoneware clay, pulled the handle and attached it, fired it, glazed around a real fern leaf from my yard, used an underglaze pencil to sketch the fern details, and fired them again to 2232F. The glaze is food-safe, and even un-glazed portions are non-porous. I sanded the bottom so it is smooth.

This listing is for one mug - you choose A or B from the photos. *These two mugs have 1 or 2 "pits" in the glaze (see photos), so they are discounted as seconds, but the pits are not sharp and seem wide enough to prevent difficulties with washing. 10% off of $28 is $25.20.

Dimensions: 4.8 inches tall, 5 inches wide including handle, and mouth opening is 3 inches diameter. Comfortably holds 16.5 fluid ounces.

This is a handmade, one-of-a-kind creation, with imperfections, and I hope that you will use it and enjoy it. I have tried to provide images that demonstrate the complete picture, but if you would like an additional image of a certain area, or if you have any questions, please ask.
