The Preemie size is 4 inches in diameter (8 inches circumference) and 4 inches long with the brim rolled up.
The Preemie Small size is 3 inches in diameter (6 inches circumference) and 3 inches long with the brim rolled up.
The knot on top can be untied and retied, but won't fall off as the hat is all one piece.
