The Design:
Kora's design is based on "Brain Coral," a generic name used to describe different types of corals within the Mussidae and Merulinidae families which resemble a brain due to their round shape, and the grooves and channels found on their surface.

Kora was partially designed with "Brain Coral" by The Watt Institution is licensed under CC BY 4.0.  The model was modified in a number of ways to achieve the final design (a portion being excerpted, stretched, smoothed away at the edges).

Size:
Kora comes in one size.

Length = 170mm (6.7" approx.)
Width  = 130mm (5.1" approx.)
Height = 30mm approx. (1.2" approx.)

Firmness Options:
Kora comes in a number of firmness options as chosen above. If you desire something a little different, or want to provide some direction, drop us a line at desertislandtoys@protonmail.com and we can discuss your customization desires.  For colour options I will be in touch with you at the email address you provide with your order.

Extra Soft (00-20): Exceptionally soft and supple, with a barely-there resistance. This is the squishiest option we offer, melting into your body and conforming to every curve. Ideal for those who prefer the gentlest contact, diffuse pressure, and a deeply cushioned, comforting feel.

Soft (00-30): Soft and plush, offering a gentle give. Think of it as a squishy, cuddly texture that contours to your touch with minimal resistance.

Medium (00-50): Slightly firmer, offering a balance of support and flexibility. When compared to the "Soft," it's like the difference between a squishy pillow and a firm cushion – still yielding, but with more structure and responsiveness.  The better choice for those who like more direct clitoral stimulation.

Colouration Options:
Kora comes in a number of colour options as chosen above. If you desire something a little different, or want to provide some direction, drop us a line at desertislandtoys@protonmail.com and we can discuss your customization desires.  Here's what to expect from each colour option:

One Solid Colour (Artisan will contact you): The entire toy is poured in one colour. The artisan will reach out to you at the email address you provide with your order regarding your colour choice unless you have already left such direction in your order notes.

Two Colours - Split at Base (Artisan will contact you): The coral on the grinder will be poured in one colour, and the base in another colour.  We will do our best to keep the split clean between the two, but can't guarantee a perfectly clean line, as we're pouring the second colour while the first is still liquid (and it could shift). The artisan will reach out to you at the email address you provide with your order regarding your colour choices unless you have already left such directions in your order notes.

More Than Two Colours (Artisan will contact you): Exceptionally soft and supple, with a barely-there resistance. Surprise Me (-$ Budget): An option for those whom colour is of little importance - at least when compared to saving money. We'll send you our oldest in-stock model or make one up in some experimental colour if no stock exists. The artisan will most likely not reach out to you for this order.

Surprise Me (+$ Premium): This option is for those who wish to have the artisan's best work.  The artisan will reach out to you first to ensure we're not going to use colours you would dislike, and then take it from there.

Shipping:
Our products are handmade with care in Canada, and we ship from there too. Please note that if you're purchasing from outside Canada, your country may apply additional duties and/or taxes/tariffs on delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the buyer's responsibility to pay upon receipt.  For Shipments to the USA we are currently tariff exempt under the USMCA free-trade treaty (but who knows what the future may bring).

Discreet Packaging:
Rest assured, we ship in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes. We aim to keep everything discreet – the return sender will be listed as "DIT" to ensure privacy. No company logos will appear on the outside of the packaging.

For international shipments, we prefer to submit customs declarations electronically, meaning the package will have no description of the contents. If we must attach a physical customs declaration, we'll describe the item as a "Silicone Sculpture" to maintain discretion.
