How To Use

The Grind Ring was designed to provide enhanced stimulation to the clitoris during partnered or solo sex.

Referring to the product pictures for this item, you will find one showing the 2-step "How to use your Grind Ring" instructions.  Basically, in partnered play, the Grind Ring is worn by one partner over their penis or strap-on dildo, anchoring the grinding surface to their body.  The second partner then straddles the first partner and Grind Ring and uses the textured surface mound to grind against during sex. If worn over a penis, the Grind Ring will stretch enough to pull the testicles through the hole too, although this is completely optional.  The ring tightness is gentle - not tight like a cock ring.


For solo play, a dildo with a suction cup base can be used in much the same way - just attach the dildo to a suitable surface and slip the Grind Ring over it.
