"Rhapsody" hand dyed Baby Alpaca

Have you been considering spinning a luxury fiber? Consider trying some baby alpaca combed top. This fiber is so much softer than the 24-26 micron fiber diameter would indicate. It is soft, silky, with amazing drape. Alpaca fiber is lighter in weight, warmer than sheep wool but very breathable. The term “Baby Alpaca” refers to the grade or fineness of the fiber, not the age of the animal.

Care instructions: Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
