small pottery plate - ceramic dish with grape leaf impression

Small pottery plates impressed with real grape leaves - for olive oil and cracked pepper for dipping bread? For jewelry or as a trinket dish? Maybe a soap dish or sponge rest. Spoon rest or tea bag rest? Even as a tapas plate. Perfect size for a million things. I formed them by hand and pressed grape leaves from my yard into the still-wet clay, fired them, rubbed underglaze into the recesses, glazed with a transparent glaze, added a green glaze to the rims, and fired again to 2223 F. The glaze is food-safe, and even un-glazed portions are non-porous.

Each is just shy of 4 inches in diameter. The lip rises approx. 0.4 inch above the table it sits on.
