Tree and forest spirit kodama kami raku shrine

Here is a sweet little kodama nature spirit kami of forests and trees in its very own little kamidana shrine. This little kodama has a very gentle energy and is full of the peace, joy, and wildness of nature. It would be wonderful for anyone who wants to reconnect with the natural world, honour it, and help to heal it. (And the kodama can come out of the shrine if you want to carry it around; it's not attached.)

The shrine is 5.8cm tall and around 4.5cm deep, and the kodama is 2.3cm tall. Both are made of stoneware. They've been fired once, glazed in non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the beautiful effects of fire and smoke.

Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with natural materials.
