The Twilight Web Beaded Spider Suncatcher is an elaborate, one-of-a-kind statement piece featuring a handmade glass-beaded spider suspended beneath her very own shimmering crystal web. With dreamy shades of deep blue, teal, aqua, lavender, smoky gray and black, this suncatcher has a moody twilight palette that changes beautifully as the light moves across the faceted glass.
The spider is carefully shaped from gold-plated, tarnish-resistant copper wire and individually strung with an eclectic mix of faceted glass beads and prisms. Large faceted glass beads create her sparkling body, while eight detailed beaded legs give her plenty of personality. A large purple faceted glass prism hangs below, adding another gorgeous light-catching focal point.
Above her sits the real showstopper: an intricate handmade spider web constructed entirely from tiny faceted glass beads. The pale lavender-gray beads shimmer subtly in softer light and come alive when sunlight hits them, giving the web an almost icy, ethereal appearance.
