Ikebana is a custom in Japan that has been around for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. In the vessel you will find a flower frog. It is a heavy metal base with spines sticking upwards that you will fasten your greenery to. This is what makes them stand up straight giving the appearance of standing on their own.
Included is a pamphlet that I have prepared to give you some starting tips and practices on the Japanese Art of Flower Arranging. This practice allows you to slow down and get back to nature. It is calming and peaceful and is supposed to inspire feelings of zen.
There are 4 options to choose from as listed in the variations.
They will arrive in a gift-able clear plastic gift box with crinkle paper and a ribbon which makes this an easy gift for the plant lover in your life. It is unique and fun while enticing the receiver to slow down to appreciate nature and life for a few minutes at a time.

I had this idea to create an Ikebana flower vessel out of resin and took time gathering and testing materials until I made a prototype that I was happy with. I have enjoyed the process of learning about Ikebana and making my own flower arrangements. I hope you like the results as much as I do!
